Every couple of months huh?

And I thought having to clean my flame sensor every 6 months was bad! Isn't there some sort of anti-corrosive gel or shim material that could be used to alleviate the problem? Also, from recent experience, you might want to order a new ignitor to have on hand. After paying $128 to have mine replaced (labor, it was still under warranty) since I didn't have time to work on it and needed heat, I did a search on the net and found prices ranging from $28.99 to about $50 for the ignitor, and prices under $20 for the flame sensor (assuming it ever actually fails)
