If I can read between the lines, the problem you have is common, you only need to space the cabinets down enough to clear the sag in the ceiling. Frameless cabinets are never installed tight to the ceiling, If you had 30" uppers with a face frame and are trying to put in 30" european cabinets they will not fit in the exact same place. Your only other option is to get smaller uppers.
