There is a product called Rock Miracle usually sold in hardware stores, it containes a chemical called Methylene Chloride, this should be able to remove the epoxy paint. This product is not sold in all states because of it's toxicity levels. You will need good eye ,hand and breathing protection and good ventillation . Any product that containes methylene chloride will be sufficient.
Apply with a lg. natural fibre paint brush ,put the jell on pretty thick let sit 5 min. Clean up with steel whool pads. Then clean area with water and rags.
