I would like to replace an old electric baseboard heater that we have in a back entry way. The entry way is approx. 150 sq. ft. and currently has an old electric baseboard heater that is connected to the wall and is on a 220 circuit. I would like to replace this with a new heater and am hoping someone can give me some info. Here are my questions in no particular order. 1) What size heater would I require to heat this space and is size measured in BTU's? 2) What brand has a good reputation and what brands should I stay away from if any? My kids use this entry way to play in so I need something kid freindly/safe 3) Since the wires are already there(the wiring hooks directly to the heater, no plugs) I plan on installing this myself, is there any tricks for installation? Thanks for the help. Dave
