Ventilation sounds easy enough, just get piece of P.T. plywood 8-10 inches wide and long enough to fit snugly in the window frame. Put wide weatherstripping around the edges of the board, and install a vent kit in one end. Now, put the board in the window like you would a window unit a/c.

Now, about power. Do you have the right power for the dryer? There may be a 220 a/c outlet there, but you'll want to make sure its the right flavor of 220 (I'm not savvy on the whole 2-phase/3-phase thing). I'm not aware of any that operate on 110 V, although they may exist. In any case, you sure want to check into this before you lay out the dough.

Good luck!
