We just found out we have elatomeric paint on our house. The roof has been leaking for 5 years and the water got down behind the walls. The elastomeric paint does not breathe and kept the moisture in....we now have a severe mold problem. All of the lumber, we suspect, in the house has to be replaced, all mold irradicated and all walls , windows and doors replaced. This is a mess and expensive. Also, the only way to get this awful paint off of the house is to sandblast the entire house!!! I would never suggest you use this awful rubber paint. Susan
