I have heard painting contractors say not to use it and I also wonder why. My brother-in-law used it on a home in Orlando and thought it was great. The store says it is great. Is it because it lasts longer and the painters would not get as much business? I am trying to decide as I have lots of cracks in a concret block house with a coat of stucco over it and need to do something soon. A coating company came and gave me a price of $15,000 for a lifetime coating of something they claim waterproofs and stops the damage. My home is small and only one story, so I think that is too much!
