Thanks for the advice. You are probably right; we should get this done professionally. I'm not sure my marriage can withstand another project like this.

I would like to know what type of saw to buy. Another poster told us to shop around, etc. However, if you don't have an idea of the type you need to do chair rail and other odd jobs I'm sure you will probably be sold the most expensive. I guess a compound saw may be the way to go... don't know.
