Dual Pane (IG) Windows

I too have bad windows. This is a BRAND NEW house (only 6 years old) and over 50% of the window seals have failed (moisture between the panes). All the windows were made by MERZON in Fresno, CA.

It's funny that your bring up taking out one side of the dual pane. I've been trying to find someone to break 1/2 of my window. Here in Califonia, you really don't need IG windows. I would never buy another house with dual pane (unless they discount it to have the windows replaced).
Every window person I've talked to said the same thing. ALL dual pane windows will fail sometime in their life.
