Drywall repair

Posted by jason Larson on January 30th, 2001 05:17 PM

I have some drywall that has a factory vynil coating on it. It is attached to the studs by means of a clip that sinks into the edges of the drywall. The seams are visible. My question is this; if there were many tears in the exterior coating or some peaces torn off so that the paper underneath is exposed, how could I repair it without replacing each panel in the entire building? Are there any wallpaper products out there that would adhere to the surface and stand up to washing and scrubbing? Thank you,
Jason Larson
