Drywall couldn't hold a candle to real plaster for aesthetics or insulation.

A home built with real plaster will retain it's value.

A home with the original plastering helps to retain its historical signifance as an exposition of craftsmenship.

The acoustics of plaster is excellent!

Drywall.......Is cheap.....both cost wise and quality wise.

There are ways to insulate without tearing out the origianl fabric of your home. Look into it, please.
