Drywall Corner

Posted by Richard on January 1st, 2001 06:24 PM

I am cutting a hole in an interior wall (non load bearing) and will frame the wall in 1 x 6's. The cut drywall will butt up against the boards. Do I need to put corner beads on the ends or just put drywall mud in between the boards and the cut ends of the drywall?
