If you've done a very good mudding job and the final coat is a smooth as a baby's butt, I'm afraid if you take a wet sponge to it you'll leave streaks. There's really not much need to clean the walls, the primer will still do it's job. However, if you want to get some of the dust off the walls use a soft bristled broom or brush.
