I have fungus and drywood termite damage to 4"X10" exterior rafter tails. I plan to treat with coppergreen, patch, and seal with enamel primer. Is this adequate? House was fumigated within the year. What concerns me is the fungus continuing to damage the wood within the repaired areas.
