Rob you sure seem to know a lot about concrete and wish you were around here so I could use you as an "expert witness" if I have to go to court. The cracks started as hairline on surface but spread across full width. They used a power operated machine to smooth and I think a long handle "float". Does that make sense? I am beginning to believe more and more that it was improper preparation. I noticed today that one of the pitted places it appears that insects are pushing sand from bottom all way out top. I'm bound and determine to get it fixed and at this point I am shooting for the last three sections to be taken up and repoured. May not get but will try. Thanks
