That's the way to find out; yes, one should be cold. As it isn't, it needs to be fixed. Time for the choice of a new one or to see if somebody can fix it more cheaply than getting a new one. energy businessmen's knowledge

Yes, you really have to find out the MAKE and MODEL to get good answers. There IS more than one machine made.
