Diane, you might check to see if you have any air leaking in throught the bottom of the window. That will cause condensation to build up on the window. I assume that the condensation is on the outside of the window pane? Cracking a window might help to eliminate the moisture build up in the bathroom when the shower is on. Larger exhaust fan might help solve the problem. I've seen windows with broken seals show condensation in various places in between the panes so I wouldn't go replacing the window unless it starts getting spots in between the panes. For the natural look on the window sill, you might want to coat it with a Satin polyurethane clear coat.
