If you look at the door opener assembly from the side when the door is closed, what position is the arm that connects the trolley to the door. Does it angle back towards the opener, is it straight up and down, or does it angle towards the door?
If its straight up and down or angled slightly towards the door it could be that it is creating a bind. Make sure the door arm angles back towards the opener when the door is closed fully.
