Rick, you don't want to cut asbestos tile. If you're wanting to remove the old tiles, spray them down with a little water, and strike a break in the tile with a hammer & chisel to get a starting point (if needed), then remove the tile with a putty knife.

If you're wanting to size your replacement tile to fit, shear them.

The inportant thing here is that you don't handle(work with) them in a way that would allow asbestos particulates to be inhaled, such as creating an airborne dust from sanding or cutting with a saw.
