Greetings All,

I respectfuly disagree.

I know that water will not form on a moving surface but, don't be surprised if the condensation appeares on the inside window if you crack the outside window!

Although the inside pain does not have a tight seal, the temp difference will probably show the water. You will be cooling the outer side of the inside pain of glass and thus, creating a more dramatitic change in tempreture.

The reason the outer glass was condensating is because it was doing it's job.

Besides it defeats the whole reason for the having storms in the first place.

You should correct it at the source.
