Do You Have The Installation Instructions ??!

You need the installation instructions. The Retailer you bought the tub from should be able to get them from the mfgr. If not, you can ctc the mfgr. Hopefully, you have some 'paperwork' that has a phone number on it.

Installing a hot tub is a big job in a lot of respects. There are code issues, and depending on where you live, they can vary. For example, it's quite possible (and more probable) that your tub requires a dedicated circuit. IF you can convert an exterior outlet to be a dedicated circuit, then you'd comply with the code. And even if code doesn't require a dedicated line, it would be best to have it that way. If you end up running a NEW wire, consider running a 2nd separate wire for a 2nd outlet in case you want to plug in, say, a blender to mix some Mud Slides while you're enjoying your tub. (Remember, you can't (or don't want to) share the SAME line the hot tub is on.) GFCI breakers are required if the outlet is anywhere near the tub.

Also, BEFORE you fill/install your tub, you'll need to figure out load requirements. This is an art if it's a wood deck. If it's a concrete patio, well, I can't see it from here and can't tell if the weight of your tub (plus the weight that the tub is 'allowed' to hold), will 'crack' your patio base (be it brick, concrete, pavers, whatever.) You need to do some planning here.

My best to ya and hope this helps.
