Do Not Bond Neutral To Ground At Subpanel....

Even if the subpanel is fed with just three wires - (two hots and a neutral) The reason is then you will have current flowing through the ground rod(earth) in parallel with the neutral back to the main panel.
Ok for trying to raise nightcrawlers, but not good practice otherwise.
