remember, its my experience that once drywall is wet, even though painted, it will eventually turn brown in the wet spot. The rock may not be bad, its just that paint will not cut the brown spot.

Insulation when wet is bad.

If your roof decking is OSB or some sort of wafer board, this also could begin to wave.

Stop all work, get authorities out and don't have anything covered up. Be leary if the roofer wants to get the roof on in a hurry.

Have more tar paper installed and secured down until the inspectors come out.
