My local Benj. Moore dealer had it and suggested it last summer. Sure sold me. And it worked great on my smoke stained walls. I'm not knowledgeable about the chemistry of Sodium Sesquicarbonate and Sodium Meta-silicate. The color change as you add more is a nice feature. The manufacturer is The Savogran Company, phone 800-225-9872 and I'm sure you can call them for a source. I will see if I can find a web site. Along with it cleaning well, I didn't use gloves and no red arms. Prolonged contact is not recommended and others may not be so lucky.
