First off try a complete power reset to the fixture. I mean turn off the wall switch and then back on. Then try Setting your dip Switches to the ALL OFF position if that doesn't work try that other extream which is ALL ON.If that still doesn't do anything try setting switch 1 on. If you have no alternative then you have to go up into the fan and see what the switches are set at the transmitted.When you get everything straightened out write down the switch settings. and remember never have the two fans set to the same setting.Usually they come with the switches set to all on or all off.I hope this helps you and post back with the results.
