Well, you need to do one of two things, raise the garage or lower the driveway and create a slight rise and crown on the drive way to divert the water. just joking of course....

Is the driveway concrete or asphalt?

Is there a way you can begin about 10 feet from the garage entrance and begin to build a slight upward angle ramp? You do not want it too high that you have a fall off at the mouth of the garage, but enough to divert the water from the entrance.

If not, then without major reno's, you need to install a more heavy duty pump and french drain system. You need to create and develope and maintain a "fall" angle to carry the water off and away.
