dehumidify first...

First, get a dehumidifier and run it all the time and try to drain it outside or into your house's plumbing so you won't have to empty it out all the time. I would put a floor down, but this only has to take up 1.5 - 2.5 inches in ht. if you use solid insulation and 1x4 or 2x4 pressure treated sleepers on the flat. Others may post other thoughts, dehumidifier might do it all by itself.
