We notice that you are an auto repair / paint shop and believe you may be interested in our dehumidifier. The specs are listed below...

Here are a few photos of the dehumidifier and associated equipment...This unit is fully functional, as is. If you are sincerely interested in the unit...let us we can arrange for you to see it in it's functional state.

We are asking $ 4,500. for this complete unit (all associated parts as listed below). Although transporting the unit to your location is not included in the price, we will help with staging the equipment for moving...the equipment is located just north of San Francisco.

PS - The baghouse and filtration unit look a bit rough, but the blemishes are only on the surface. With a light sandblast and paint job they would look brand new. Mechancically, all of this equipment is very sound. We look forward to hearing from you.

There are multiple photos, listed below, of our dehumidifier, baghouse, dust filtration system, etc.:
Aladdin Heating Corp. Dehumidifier, 7500 CFM, Blower Unit: Type BB, size 222, RPM 1420, S/N 23593, S.P. 2-14:
This unit uses silica gel dessicant, has two electric motors that power fans via drive belts, 3 and 5 horsepower 220/440 volt 3 phase. Motors are easily accessible / easily changed if you want
single phase power. Natural gas/propane gas secondary heater, 1 inch supply, mounted on top of the unit.

Preliminary water heat-exchanger to pre-heat the air. (See the 1.5" white PVC supply pipes in photo) The water heat exchanger is 6'x6'x11' long, with 16 inch diameter air ducting supply, estimated weight: 1500 pounds ([see photo] smaller part of the unit at right hand side of main unit).

The drying unit main part, with last operated year 1999 silica gel dessicant still in it, is 5.5' wide x 10.5' high x 8' long, estimated weight 4000 pounds. It is currently installed and in operable condition for your examination in Sebastopol, CA.

This equipment was previously utilized to maintain air humidity levels at 2% in a food manufacturing plant. We can arrange to have an equipment engineer, familiar with this dehumidifier, discuss your application, although there may be a charge for the consultation.

Note: This system currently maintains 40,000 cubic feet (two 2,000 sq ft rooms x 10ft ceilings) A comparable system is priced at $20-30,000 (quoted price does not include dismantling and shipping)

Air & Dust filtration/separators (works with bag house - see photo above). New York Blower #R6673-100 Size 404. Estimate 8- 10,000 CFM. Series 15 GIFAN, 40 hp, belt drive, 24# 0 air intake. Worked with Dehumidifier - see 1st photo.
