I have recently moved into a property that seems to have a problem with damp as there is permenant mould growth on the walls, permenant condensation on the windows and damp atomosphere within the house. I was wondering what can be done apart from opening the windows to ventilate the house or having the heating on all the time. What are a legal rights with the land lord? and can the council help us out? If you do have any info that may help please could you let me know. Thank you.
