It's not a good idea what you are attempting for the simple fact that water that sits in the low spot of the drain line will become stagnant and smell up your kitchen. Local code dictates if you need an air gap or if you can route the discharge hose above the trap. If you drilled a hole into the floor to drain the d/w then you have to figure out if an indirect waste is allowed. Either way that line has to be protected with some sort of trap.
