cutting through asbestos siding for a heating/cooling unit

Posted by Christine on August 9th, 2000 11:27 AM

I own a cottage that was built in 1942 that has asbestos (shingle-like) siding. The house has a finished upstairs, but no heat or cooling. I would like to have a space cut into the wall so a unit could be put in that provides a/c and heat. Who and how can I do it?
