hello, i am a leadman at a granite and marble company, one way we cut granite for counter tops is with a wormgear saw wirh a diamond blade that has water running onto the saw, then after you cut your granite you have to polish the edges with about seven differnt pads that water runs on when you polish. or we have a water router or we also have a edger machine that makes alot of differnt edges, o-gees,bullnose,soft edges and others. theres a lot to cutting out the bowls for undermound bowls, you may be better of useing a drop in bowl, well good luck and fell free to ask me anything if i can anwser for you i will.
