Cutting Formica - Final Notes

Thanks for all the responses including those that
were sent offline.

Here is how I ended up cutting the formica for my
foosball table.

We cut the 4x8 sheet of formica by scoring it
with a sharp knife and then snapping it apart.

The roughly sized pieces of formica were then
adhesive bonded to the final surface.

A sharp file was used to shape it to the final
dimensions needed.

The large holes were cut with a power drill.

The large rectangular apertures with rounded
corners were cut using a dremel motor and
router bit.
