Crayola ceiling fan - no base

I purchased a ceiling fan with Crayola logo and colors on the blade at a moving sale.

Months later, when I want to install it in the children's room, I'm told the base is missing. The sticker on the housing mentions a company called Enron (Energy Conservation), Model #: T48 (CAT48L); No: 000044.

Any idea where and how I can find that base plate.

Also, I recently rented a duplex built in 1951. Not previously lived in (in Los Angeles Westchester area). Anything I need to know about getting that fan up on the original ceiling light fixture?

Thank you. (310) 215-9000 x203
