Yes, high humidity in a crawlspace condenses on the underside of the wood. This causes the flooring to cup. Apply plastic the earth surface in the crawlspace, close the vents to the outside, and monitor the %RH in the space. It maybe neccesary to dehumidify to maintain less than 50% RH.
