My suggestion is this: Get a Yahoo email account so you can participate in Yahoo discussion groups. Then log on to http://www.oldwwmachines.com and post the same message on their (Yahoo) discussion forum.
They have manuals posted, but not that one as far as I know. However, someone there might be able to help you find parts. My messages won't post for some reason. Maybe you will have better luck.
