We have a new (3 year old) home. We have 1,800 sf of ceramic tile and approximately 120 have cracked - some fully across the diagonal, some just through the corner. The tile pattern is discontinued and we only have about 20 spares so we can't replace them all - which we'd rather not do anyway.
The cracks are not huge - they are about the width of a piece of dental floss but they are black on a beige tile. What we would like to do is find the equivalent of colored "liquid paper" to paint the cracks, which are really just cosmetic defects as far as we are concerned.
Does anyone know of a substance that can be mixed with some type of coloring agent that can be painted into the cracks and blended or feathered into the adjoining surfaces to lessen the appearance of the cracks?
