Hi, Lisa. This should not be a big problem to repair. Buy a filled epoxy glue like JB Weld. There are many of these and you might find one that is closer to the color of your concrete. Do look for an epoxy that you mix half and half. This is a good indication that it is the stronger kind of epoxy than something like Bondo.

Have clamps ready then mix the epoxy per label directions. Slather it on one broken part and then put the other broken part in place and clamp. Scrape off any glue squeeze out. Wait 24 hours before you unclamp even though the directions say you can unclamp sooner. With several breaks, you will have to let the parts tell you how to put them together. You can fill the holes of small missing parts by putting tape, saran wrap or waxed paper over the filled hole and clamping something over it to keep it in place.

Good luck
