A Gas Line needs to be installed to transmit the gas from a cluster of fields to the downstream industries for processing .The decision on the size ,thickness and material construction of the line is being made.Details of the line with the process conditions are the length is 64km , the material of construction is API5L S 60 spiral welded pipe ,The Design pressure is 1060 psig , The Operating pressure is 750-900 psig , The Design temperature is 250 F,The Operating temperature is 90-115 F, and the flow rate is 600 MMSCFD (Max). And the gas composition , which goes through the line , are N2 is 14.58 Mol%,Co2 is 3.49 Mol%, H2S is 0.21 Mol% , C1 is 79.78 Mol % , C2 is 1.22 Mol%, C3 is 0.32 Mol% , (iC4,nC4 is 0.19 Mol%), (iC5,nC5 is 0.12 Mol% )and C6+ is 0.09 Mol % . I want to study the possible corrosion problems of the line and make appropriate and detailed recommendations of combating these problems
