My Garage door has been fitted with a motor drive.
The motor is single fase and has the usual up down function. The switch for this operation has had a nasty accident and has to be replaced, but I was not present when the wireing was made safe and this has not been marked. There are currently four wires to the motor, which I assume to be two positive, one negitive, and one earth. at the switch there are one positive, one negitive, and one earth. The old switch dad four terminals, two of which were linked. Any advice? so I can use the garage again.
Regards
Bob C.
