Rent a two man motorized post hole digger, and at the same time a trailered small concrete mixer.

Measure out the property and put a flag at every 8 foot increment around the property and consider gates.

Sink an 8 foot wolmanized treated 4x4 into each hole and let the concrete set.

After one day, run three wolmanized treated 2x4's spaced within the 8 foot increments. Then get some fence slatts and hang a slat and skip a slat, then on again so that you have some ventilation, but also some privacy for children, dogs, and other. Will run about $4 a foot in material.

If that will not work, then run chain link in some areas and wood in others. Chain is much cheaper and no privacy.
