we're considering buying a 2 bedroom condo but it was discovered during the inspection that there is no vent (or window). This is a 2nd floor unit, with no direct access from the bathroom to either the roof or the outside. We could live with keeping the door open when we shower, etc., but we're worried about having to fix this problem down the road. It doesn't appear that other units in the building have bathroom vents either since there were no vents on the roof or the side of the building. We're worried that if we have to fix it in the future it would be extremely costly (??) and timeconsuming, requiring condo approval, etc. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
