Condensation on ceiling between 10 am & 12 noon-then disappears.

We bought a 1500 square foot 1925 Spanish,
one story home. It has a small attic--about 300 square
feet with no access. We have a roof air conditioner
/heater unit which has a vent thru the attic to the
ceiling. We rarely use the air conditioner since the
house is lath/plaster & well shaded by large trees.
We use the heater some in the winter. This problem occurs
whether or not we use the air c/heater.
Mostly in spring & summer we can see water spreading
on our ceiling in a circle around the register. It
evaporates by 12 noon. We have had many people out
and so far problem continues.
We have had roofer reseal roof and (2) air conditioner
workman reinsulate the portion of the duct in the attic
(inside & out) . Last person suggested an attic fan.
We cut a hole in roof and put up attic fan
to lower temperature in attic. Workman looked in
attic--saw nothing growing (mold)--did see some
staining on vent duct. They suggested insulating attic.
We did this. Problem is worse today. Any suggestions
would be very appreciated.
