Condensation on bath ceiling...

Hi Greg
What Dr Home is suggesting is on the money. A couple of other thoughts...

...that moisture continues to condense on your bath ceiling despite your vent suggests that your vent isn't doing what it should be doing; removing moist air. Either the vent isn't big enough (big enough motor), the flapper valve may be in backwards (it closes when the vent comes on) or the exhaust pipe is somehow blocked. Try this; put a piece of paper (regular 8.5 X 11") over the vent while it is running...the paper should suck up tight against the vent. If not, it probably isn't venting the way it sould. If moisture doesn't condense on or around the vent while it is running, then the vent probably isn't powerful enough. You must be able to remove the moist air from the bath for any future paint/wall paper to stick.
