Hi, I live in a 1 bedroom apartment that has single pane windows. The windows are metal. Being it is so cold out and I keep the apt around 68-70 degrees, I am experiencing a lot of condensation on the window sill and the base of the window itself. Do I need to lower the indoor humidity? How do I do that? If I don't wipe it everyday the mold and mildew starts to form. The apt complex doesn't seem to have a lot of complaints about this from others. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help and time.
