Condesation as Mike suggests does happen due to excessive moisture and cooler temperatures. But if the windows you all are buying (and Iam sure they are) are double pained. Condensation should not be forming on the inside of the window, between the paines, These windows are suppose to be sealed. Sometimes to be filled with argon gas. If condesation can get in, then the windows are defective.
