concrete porch-needs sloping and then ceramic tile

My concrete porch doesn't slope away from the house. It measures 20 feet by 4.5 feet. Rain water will periodically seep into the crawl space because of the lack of slope. In addition, there are some low spots in the porch floor. The porch is surrounded by brick.

What I want to do is apply some type of concrete product, so that I can acheive a slope of 1/4" = 1 foot. Then I would like to put 6 inch ceramic tile on top of this. Is thinset mortar a product that could be used for this. I would envision a high point of 1" tapering down to 1/8". Is there any concern with this small thickness (1/8") cracking.

Is there another way to do this.
