I live in a concrete home, there are NO interior posts, beams, walls or any interior structural members. Although it is a single-story structure, a second floor could have been easily incorporated into the design, and could have actually been designed to be **hung** from the ceiling if desired. To top it off, it is a thin 3" concrete wall thickness, not this heavy cast stuff. How? And at no greater cost than stick built. On top of this, the home has an R-65 insulative value, and is good for over 300 mph winds.
