Presently I have an unfinished concrete floor. It has been like that from day one. The manager of this governement facility would like to cover it with some finish that will hold up to heavy rolling equipment traffic. A typical floor covering is the usual solution except that is no longer permitted in this type facility. Is there anything that can be easily applied (other than epoxy finishes) and not environmentally hazardous and can be phased in its installation because this facility needs to be kept running while work is done (preferably after hours). Oh, can it also be cost effective.
