Our one year old home has two second story concrete patio decks. One is over the 2 car garage (which has an insulated ceiling in the garage) and one is an exterior deck supported by columns.
The concrete decks (4-5" thick) been scored to a depth of 1/2 inch in a grid pattern to accomodate cracking. These cut lines have been filled with a construction sealant called "Sikaflex 1a". The concrete surface has two coats of a solvent-based acrylic sealer called "Websheen I-M 3102" which contains Xylene.
Both decks leak after a rain or with melting snow.
Does anyone know of a producy which will seal these concrete decks permanently without cracking?
